Tortosa ha recordat com tots els anys la figura del President Companys, coincidint amb l’aniversari del seu afusellament. S’ha fet un acte institucional al Parc president Companys. Abans, Esquerra Republicana ha recordat la figura de l’alcalde republicà de Tortosa, Josep Rodríguez, que també va ser afusellat pel franquisme.
